Lawyers Express Title Doubles Impact at Second Annual Tunnel to Towers Stair Climb

On Sunday, April 26, 2026, Lawyers Express Title proudly hosted its second annual Tunnel to Towers Stair Climb at Johnny Unitas Stadium at Towson University, bringing together nearly 200 participants, generous corporate sponsors, community supporters, and volunteers for a day dedicated to honoring America’s heroes and supporting the mission of the Tunnel to Towers Foundation. What began as a promising inaugural event in 2025 has quickly grown into one of the region’s most impactful charitable athletic events. In just its second year, the Towson Stair Climb raised an impressive $31,242, with additional donations still expected. This remarkable achievement more than doubled the $15,761 raised during the event’s inaugural year.

The growth extended far beyond fundraising. 194 participants registered for the 2026 climb, representing a staggering 128% increase over the 85 participants who took part in 2025. The event’s success demonstrates the growing support for the Tunnel to Towers mission throughout Maryland’s real estate, title, mortgage, and business communities.

The Tunnel to Towers Foundation was established to honor the sacrifice of FDNY firefighter Stephen Siller, who gave his life on September 11, 2001, after running through the Brooklyn Battery Tunnel to the World Trade Center to assist others. Today, the organization continues that legacy by supporting injured veterans, fallen first responders, and their families through a variety of impactful programs.
